Mini Cooper S 2010 help

Hi,
I have Mini Cooper S R56 2010, the car does not connect to any scanner, the central locking does not work, the fan does not turn on, the ABS lamp is on, the fuel light is on constantly, but the car starts.

The dashboard is like Christmas tree.

Is the problem in this module:High PL3 speg M6 Fuse Box 584624 584625

or in FRM module.

I dismounted the fuse board and there are no traces of water. All fuses checked and are ok. Could you point me who fuse is a problem to you?

Did you try to disconnect the battery current sense module that is attached to battery negative terminal they are known to short databus to ground when they go bad leaving the vehicle completely unresponsive... good luck

My car starts but no anyone tipe of diagnose.

I try many machines and notjing.
