I do not remember where I downloaded, use.

This one is for CPT programmer. I'm not sure if it's possible to connect using ETL programmer. I could try, but don't wanna risk the board.

For reading, I think there is no risk, J-TAG is a standard for all programmers along the lines of tdo, tms, reset, etc. everyone has it. The only thing is not to confuse power 3.3V or 5V. Good luck
