95910-1Y100 Can't connect with scan tool.

Hello everybody!
I have a SRS of KIA Picanto.
Partnumber: 95910-1Y100 ver2.5 (picture)
It's satatus is unable to connect with diagnostic device. I tried to power (+) and (-) for it, but no votl at the terminal Can L and Can H. Read eprom 25128 ok, no problem with eprom crash. Has anyone ever encountered a similar situation, please hepl me fix it! Tks very much!

if scanner not connect means, something wrong with wiring or module

please check wiring,

check CAN bus network
To provide, the resistance between CAN L and CAN H must be 60 Ohm when wire is disconnected,
then check the diagnostic wire.
