Chevrolet Cruze 2014 dash error

Today i correct mileage for Chevrolet Cruze 2014 by X100pro ODO show and run normal but Trip km not run. BCM 24c16. Any body have same problem?

Press the trip button for about 20 seconds to zero and hold until you hear a beep it will run. Hope this helps.
