I could be wrong but I thought that the eeprom is in the tuner, carrying the VIN-number, wich you have to change in the VIN-number of the new car. I will check it out tomorrow .

first change the file extension PU2294A3516.TXT =>> PU2294A3516.HEX

then open to any programmer PU2294A3516.HEX

and "save as" PU2294A3516.BIN

here is the result all transformations

Hey thanks for all the efforts to help :-)

I'm having problems reading this 93c46 maybe I have damaged the chip I'm not sure, this is what i have tried

using tacho universal and 93c46 clip under toyota yaris
could not find option for rotated pins so read under -2003 and 2003- both seem to show same results all FFFF, removed 93c46 from board re-read still the same FFFF

made a cable to adapted the difference between normal pins and rotated pins pluged into willem tried to read chip data looked blank reconfigered cable for normal pin data looked same blank the VPP light on programmer did light up with this config when reading chip

Help :-)

should i try and write the attached file PU2294A3516.TXT to this chip???
will the willem programmer know this chip has rotated pin layout???

LOL

Ok i think I have done it, I had to take chip out and solder wires direct from Digi universal 93cX6 board to the chip.

The chip has finaly been read (Will have to check other programmer coz i can't understand why I have had so much trouble)

Just to check Line 70 is showing 2465 so is the code 2465 or do I have to swap digits, i see next bit of data is 0006 which is correct that I have had 6 attempts thanks PremierD
