i have 2016 jetta with 2 original vw keys and both remotes don't work, also "Comfort" unlock of door(when you touch a door handle) doesn't work as well. have to manually unlock door, but engine start works fine.
reprogramming remotes like on non-kessy car doesn't work.
anybody have seen it before, any ideas how to get it fixed.

1)What partnumbers are on keys?
2)Maartinj how you will manually add remotes to keyless car?
3)When you try unlock/lock doors via handle dashboard wake up?
4)Read us trouble codes from 05 and 09.

no trouble codes in any modules in a vehicle except engine and gateway. ill check Mhz and part numbers of keys.
i found few similar problems searching internet, but no solution except to make new key again.
also info from rosstech
Channel 001: Remote Control MatchingAdaptation Channel 001 (09-Cent. Elect)may not be applicable to a BCM installed in a KESSY (Address; 05-Acc/Start Auth. control module) equipped vehicle. If Channel 001 is not available, the vehicle key, (with integrated or non-removable remote) should be automatically matched when performing Immobilizer 4+ (http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Immobilizer#Immobilizer_Generation_4) matching."
