TMS470 980 PV349BBPZI > JTAG readout fails

Hi,

I am trying to read out a TMS470 980 PV349BBPZI using a SEGGER J-Link with J-Flash. J-Flash drops out the error

"Can not find ICE-Pick (IDCODE mismatch) Expected: 0x0B0002F, found: 0x00000000"

I double checked my cabling which seems to be correct. I suspect JTAG might be disabled on the µC.

Any ideas? Has anyone successfully read out this variant of the TMS470? I could not find anything related
to the PV... variant.
