Can't make any sense from your file, what are you reading this with? The data format is not right, unless this is a different calculation than the VS.
If you get a proper read, this is 130,000

OK, I have deciphered your dump but the format is weird, not like any others I have seen.
A lot of programmers have a problem reading and writing these, and that is up to you to find out.
That file has 170588 Km in it.
The problem is the files are usually 4 blocks of hex of 4 Words each. The first block is cluster data and not touched.
The next three are the same and contain the mileage. First word is CS, last three are mileage. Each Word is one byte of data and it's xor.
The file you posted the words are jumbled
