Hello, I need help, after programming ECU in opel astra Z16SE ECU Delco lack of communication with the driver can not save as recovery, I can not do SPS tech2

first disconnect battery for 10 min, reconnect and try read again, when in tech2 it asks do you want to save read, did you save it? also did you reset anything else at same time ie bcm immobiliser etc?

try connect to ecu on table , if no communication then ecu is bricked and no chance to restore.

Do sps again. Tech2 i supose is clone. Maybe your tech2 card is bad quality. Try to read with carprog eeprom see responde. Do not use mdi interface when you do sps on this ecus.
