xprog dead

hello
please me help :(

my xprog-m v5.0 after update to v5.5.5 is dead
no diode is on (green, red and yellow)
when connected to a pc there is a message "device is silent"

I programmed atmega64(eeprom + flash) with upa
and eeprom 93c46...

I used "fuse bits and lock bits"

and...

My xprog is dead now....

please help
