BMW F07 FRM3 9236459 - need working dump

please, is there anybody who have backup of BMW FRM3 ECU with number 9236459??
inside ecu is proc. with mask 1L15Y

I tried to read processor 9S12XDP512 with X-prog but without success.
Is there anybody who can share pinout of this FRM3 ECU or post some help how to repair this FRM3 ECU?
