Ioterminal problem Help

Hi, I bought ioterminal year ago on promotion, I never managed to get it to work, can anyone tell me if there is something to install it properly?

download the software/plug in you bought...
download the usb driver and install it...

and that´s it...

you have to put the received key file for your specific card in the correct location - there is a how-to in the download section of IO terminal.

Pierre - send a mail to Andrius, normaly he is very helpful . I had problems with contact with my denso card once

Look at the lines on the Bottom of your screen
Press connect, and Read the Line that's pops up.
If if says, missing a file, at a certain location.
Create that location, and paste the license file in there.
The license file, is mailed to you.
