Vw T5 2010 cluster on bench?

Hi friends.. is it possible to turn on instrument cluster from VW T5, i think that is same as cluster from Golf6, on bench for testing?
Pcb from cluster is damaged by water, i will try to repair it..

Pin 16 - GND
Pin 32 + 12v
Pin 33 + 12v
