Hello colleagues. The radio was about to be decoded. At the moment of reading the programmer died and damaged the original 95128. I saved the file and saved it on a new 95128, but the radio no longer switches on.
How can I restore this radio?

I can overwrite the processor, but I do not have software for it.

the dump of the eeprom is fine.
record this dump of your file with the reset counter and check well the welds of the eeprom................... use code 0620

I overwritten the memory. The radio is dead. I checked all the connections and resistors around the memory - no problems.

Did you get the eeprom memory out of the circuit?
where have you made the NEC connections?
Try turning on the radio and measure all the pins of the 95128 with the multimeter (volts) and comment.

then only one problem remains in the eeprom memory.
If the connection solders are good, check with an oscilloscope or logic analyzer the SPI bus from the eeprom

Downoload dumps from post #27 and #29. It seems to be version like yours (5M0035186AA) and code is in post #30 I think.
You can try write both: full NEC and 95128.
I think it is unlikely that NEC flash could change itself but you can try.

Good morning.
I did my colleague's advice.
The same result again. The radio again has no signs of life.
The picture shows the oscilloscope on SPi eeprom
