Repair dead mercedes cluster!

I need help with repair cluster, it is total dead, i test 12v but not wake up.

Number is a0004464521 atego mercedes cluster

Anyone have advice for bad component or how i repair this cluster

You tried resolder some component ? because look at the second pics, at the bottom resistor seems to be burned, or it's flux ?
