Problem mini cooper

Hello
I have mini cooper 2009 all key lost ,i programed before key car start ok but after one Day key won't open elv ,i use vvdi 2 i add the key programed also To cas 3+ the car car start fine ,The same problem after 1 Day car won't start, i programed the key and new key but elv won't open. I think problem in flash
What is the problem please?
who can give me FLASH for this cas?

If you have access to the CAS you can do update with WINKFP or istaP.

i havn't istap, i changed anodher dump in cas3+(eep+flash) and ecu (eeprom+flash)now the car crank but not start .i made diagnostic it show this error in DME EWS ANTI-tempering protection"
how can i solve this error please?

Make synchro by tool, then disconnect the battery for 2 min, U can also replace MCU in CAS +program ori data, What kind of faults, U get when won't unlock ELV?
