Popcorn limiter

Looking to get a popcorn limiter on my 2005 Vauxhall Corsa C. Currently stage 1 egr off DeCat. What would I need to do to get this? Would I have to have the ecu reprogrammed and risk losing the stage 1 or are there other ways

Haven't got the files, don't know what program I need and they all cost thousands. Had to pay someone else to remap it for me. Suggest me a program and I'll be able to get everything?

I have a Audi A5 3.0 TDI (CAPA) 239 HP, already Tuned and with Downpipe.

Now I want to have Popcorn Limiter and it should Start at 4300RPM.
Just Popcorn Limiter not more Power.
