Open this in hex and you will see .
Its look like zero silinder..............lol

Which programmer you use?
Check pin connection.

Sorry for that, looks like it same if i read, but i use 2 diffrent programers and have same problem.
First Xeltek 580u, but with bad dump, so now i buyed a clone carprog.. but still have bad dump.

Reworked clone can read all eeproms and Motorola MCUs very well !
If you need really good carprog clone , you can’t find them in china
