Honda Civic 1.4 immo off Problem

I was trying to do a immo off , froma 2001 Civic 1.4 ec 37820-pma-e01, I put all FFFF In th eproom and now the car have the engine and stop light dash on.??
Can somebody help please?

Proper „off” in this ECU only by emulator, all other is damage structure eeprom...
