Hi,

i was able to read and write to the MC 9S12XHZ512 with Xprog
now im getting BDM error but if i try on another the same cluster its working.


but this one cluster that was working is now not?

how can i erase this chip as i have the Eeprom and Flash backed up.

do u have backup of other meter if yes just overwrite it ......

i have back up file of flash and eeprom. also have spare dash clusters. but the aim is to get this one back working..

im unable to read or write to this chip now by BDM with Xprog.

has the chip now disabed BDM function?


is it posible to erase this chip and then write back the backup files i have?

I count you know clone xprog. Problem will be on backup. Bad read and bad write.

I was modifying the flash data. I had a few successful attempts so I know the backup is fine.

But yes the flash data is corrupted now. And it’s not letting me write the flash data any more
