I need to do Immo off on this ecu , can someone please give me the file clock ? Thanks very much

the only solution to do immo off is with 28F512 ? because I don't have the programmer for this eeprom... I've just carprog and Upa at the moment...
I ve this car without key becausethe custumer has lost it...
