Ford Focus 2007 1.6 TDCI P1622 Immo Sync Help.

Hello All, I have here a 2007 Ford Focus 1.6 TDCI that is a non runner after having a flat battery the car turns over for a few seconds then stops PCM has fault code P1622 Immoilizer ID Does Not Match and another code for the EGR P2131 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Throttle Control Circuit Low(A new Egr Valve was fitted 3 week ago) I have recoded the keys and changed cluster and recoded the keys to that cluster but the fault remains. I have attached dumps from both cluster and ECU could anybody please resync them for me please?

Hello yes I did and swapped 2 more dash’s and same problem.
