You are powering with 12V this ecu right? Maybe the ecu power up and stores error dtcs since all the connections are not there ! ?

no, no 12V, just USB

I has the same problem.for one module with scp560p54, read ok, but when I writed the new information and I tried to verify, come with error and.the information changed totally. I need to solve and I put new module and programming by scanner and I solved.
