dash error km vw golf +

hi guys
i need help i have problem in in needle of fuel jauge
I change only the plate of the hands of the fuel gauge, counter ....;
after i put it car and give ( error in km)
any help please

I have error blinking on dash and when press 0.0 error desapear and get km
