XENTRY ON SMART 453

592069i can not connect to a 453 , ,my star systems will not connect iam using a c3 multiplexer,
all others 450 and 451 for over 4 years have been fine, but this 453 it just says cant connect, i have even tried kessv2 on the car and
x431 Avdi cant read car, star message i have uploaded star screen message,
i need to clear crash reset , as it will not start all air bags gone off
help please

as a start do i need too update too a sdc4 or sdc5 multiplex ?
