Hi guys I have just installed a 2nd hand ecu into an amarok, It is immobilzed as I knew it would be. my question is if I get someone to remove the immo in the ecu file will it show up as immobilzed on the dash board???. if not does anyone know a tool or way to match a 2nd hand ecu to the vehicle. I have a VCDS and autologic scan tool here but they have no instructions on matching them up

I think there will be many Solutions if you havent damaged something in ECU with other tool before. :)
