Opel Combo 1.7 DI (Y17DTL) EGR Off [Sitemap]

Hello,

I have a problem with this car: Opel Combo C 1.7 DI (Y17DTL) 48kW.
I have always P0400 error and limp mode. The car does not exceed 3000rpm.
The EGR is ok, the solenoid is new, the vacuum tubes and the wiring are ok. And the ECU too! But the error never goes out.

Can anyone delete the EGR and this error code (P0400)? File attached.
