autocom 100e

i have delphi software running on panasonic 32 bit windows 7 with autocom100e had difficulty getting 100e to work but eventually got it working and firmware updated.
i now try on another laptop 64 bit laptop will not recognise 100e i think driver problem anybody got driver set for 100e VCI CDP + BT cheers

Install the drivers manually. They are in the software folder "DRIVER"

you have New VCI or OLD VCI?what serial have your interface?what version of autocom you install?is first instalation or upgrade?

The device s Autocom 100e it is the latest software running on VM

If its win8 or win 10,You may have to close the driver signature verification inside win x64

Hold on shift+ctrl and restart pc,you will get some options,find where this one is ,disable it,and you will install drivers after that.
