Intertek charge station

Hello, I have on repair Intertek charge station for electric car VAUXHALL AMPERA - FISKER KARMA, maybe some other car too...

It was dead when I got it, i have repair it, and now when I plug it at AC outlet I have 2 indicator flashes red. As i found on the google that is problem with safety ground on AC outlet.
Does somebody have similar problem and knows fix that?

u can change the board with cheap chinese board .

Yes, but customer wants to fix this one, and I love too when I can fix it too, in the future will come a lot on the repair... Changing is my last option...
