There is no tool which can precode the transponder correct.

Cs can t be read over obd from cluster.

Also if you have correct cs precode will not work correct.

Avdi say it can do in news area but it is not working.

just checked supervag and it claims to do 2012 upwards

did 2016 vw up yesterday, VVDI2 failed, would read dash but not precode transponder correctly.

AVDI did it in a few seconds, VVDI2 never show CS, but added transponder with serial as FFFFFFFF into slot 3,4 & 5, so AVDI offered slot 6 and worked perfect.
