Hi friends, i hafe a ECU from a Audi A8 Automatic

ECU is 4D0 907 551 C from Bosch with 24C02 Eprom, this car hafe a Imobilizer Box in the back from the Dashboard. Can make the immo off only in the ECU or ECU and Imobilizer Box?
