Volvo S80 SRS 0285001258 8622189 Internal error

I have here one SRS Bosch 0285001258 8622189 width internal fault
It have CR16MFR544 plcc 44 pins and MC68hc8az32 1H56A witch one should I read ?
Any one try width FVDI Fly ?
I volvo sw exist a function to read this MCU but on table no Luck .
I have 2 ecu"s but they have different volvo ref 8622189 and 972941 .does any knows what the difference ?
In PCB they look the same
Car is from 1999

But UPA " old one " show all connections good , but device not responding

Upa don"t have MFR , only MFS , MES , MCT, MCS
What tool for this Cr16 ?
