Dash repair renault scenic II

Hi guys,

I am trying to replace the power transistor/mosfet in the dash unit.
There is only "M17" written on the component.
Does someone know the exact specifications...?

how did you figure out with only "M17" ....?

Do not forget to correct the solder 12 resistors 1ohm and check the SMD 7A fuse.
