Powering car during File Writing

Hi guys.I thought i could ask for your opinion. How exactly do you maintain at least 11.5 volts as you write file on a car? I purchased this Black & Deckor battery onboard charger {see images). I am thinking this could help me maintain power especially on cars with shit batteries. I havent tried it yet. What do you think? What are you using?

Ensure battery is in good condition and charged :)

If the car runs the blowers while writting then need a good charger that can deliver good amps to support blowers at full speed and not voltage drop.
