Help with dm500c in lreland

Hi need some help to get my box going and was just wondering which is the best img to use in ireland with dreamup? also how do i put ke*s onto the box? I flashed the box with an img i downloaded but i'm only getting free to air channels and just a black screen with the rest? any help on how i get and also upload ke*s to the box will be much appreciated, thanks.

you need dreamup from the downloads section
an ftp program flashfxp
and a guide again in the downloads section total noobs guide.
