bmw FEM died

Hello please help asap, add key bmw fem 320i 2012, after program done and return priginal file, relays started clicking and lost communication on bench and even when i connect to the car.. now fem is dead.. any advice?

Using vvdi2 on bench

It's a eeprom soldering problem. You made a short where not supposto or one is missing a connection there. I had same thing

I actually read it in corcuit with pogo clip, verified at least 3 times each read.

You verified too many times :) Just replace the 95128 chip and you should be fine.
