Cadillac escalade 2015 smart key reusable?

I am pretty sure those smart keys do lock once used, but i am wondering if there is a way to renew/unlock those?
fcc id is hyq2ab, picture is attached.
Some sellers offer those as refurbished/unlocked....so there must be a way

“Gm shield” do luck up there is only 2 company in the USA that can unlock them. They are all waiting on someone releasing the process with pinout.
