Ford Mondeo Delphi dump

I need working dump for Ford Mondeo 2002 4S71-12A650-JD ECU. Car was bad batery and now immo problem, I read ecu by BDM Ktag and I think eeprom is corrupted, so I need working dumps and make new keys.

Here is my read, VVDI2 can't recognice any keys.
