renault safrane immo off and mcu reading pb

i wanna to disable imm of renault safrane petrol year 1996.
with ir remote.
ecu:SIEMENS BVM
S101724102
HOM7700853733

I FOUND MCU 68HCP11E1VFN WITH MASK 4E28B.

I tryed to read it with upa, i selected 68hc11e9 but without no result.
any help to read this mcu?

need solution urgenty please.

Hi

After you connects UPA, check on " UPA Connections " if is all green, if not, lift those pin from mcu, you need all green and don?t forget input writte value of cristal on UPA also.

that's ok, I checked connection before same result.
I read it with etl programmer.
any body can disable immo of this ecu?
I checked to put all FF......... but can not started.
