Not sure if this is the right place to post this query, however here goes. Just seen an advert for the above TV antenna on-line.
Comes from San Carlos, California, USA. Allegedly brilliant bit of kit that can save you loads of money on subscribing to paid for
TV. Can access lot's of channels that you would normally have to pay for. NOT illegal apparently. A flat antenna adheres to a window/wall and a connection plug into the TV and off you go.

Has anyone any experience of this item? Would love to hear any comments about this, thank you.

If it's anything like the other aerials advertised with similar claims, then it's just an amplified terrestrial aerial, and not a very good one at that!

You will only receive the channels that you will get using any other conventional TV aerial. The wording is aimed at the USA audiences, where a lot of them view by cable only. It's just reminding them that a lot of the channels they view on cable can be viewed on terrestrial if they revert back to fitting a TV aerial, that's all.
