View Full Version : VW Fox / Suran Steering wheel crash

Hi folks I have and issue.
I have got a Vw Suran which has been involved in an accident and steeringwheel got disabled
The module is 180.909.144 I read dump of 25a320 and backup and then burn the dump I bought (the seller says is the same for 5z1.909.144) but I cant calibrate angle sensor with VCDS.

I worked on Ibiza 2016 and this car had the same problem. I only repair the airbag ecu and then clean dtc on steering.

For this reset there is no need to mess with EEPROMs, dumps, etc.
Just fix the crash faults, then do reset

The issue is that I cant not fix crash because I have not get de security access code. I try a lot without luck.

Have you cleared faults from Airbags and other modules?

Yes Airbag Is clean.

hello I have a fox file that I tested and it works but in the steering of suran no. I think it's your same problem .. does anyone have a file for suran's steering.. the fox is 5z1909144E and the suran is 5z0164A?
