MAZDA PREMACY 2007 Japanese Version all Key Lost

Dear Friends, I need your help, I try to program the key of a Mazda Premacy of the 2007 Japanese version. during the procedure he asks me to set the switch to "ON". but in this case it is not possible to turn the key in the contact, although the key is already cut according to the teeth of the switch drum does not turn the key.
