DTC after remap

Hi people,

I tune fiat freemont 2.0 crdi 136hp edc17c49 with autotuner on bench
After remap, i have P0633 dtc, and will not go off.

Anyone idea how to fix it?

maybe an immo off can solve it

It could be a damaged ecu after you open it.

I dont open ecu, only pinout bench with autotuner.

Write back the original file and test the car. Te result should give you an answer.

I have same problem. After remap stage 1 Lancia Thema 2012 year 3.0 crd 239 HP ecu Bosh edc17c49 TC1797 I have dtc no P0633 and check engine lamp comes to dahboard.

I have used X17 magpro OBD read and write. On original read file there is no problem (no dtc and no check engine lamp on dasboard). I have tested may files with many solutions and does not work.

Is there any solution for it?

Update:

I do the car with new KESS protocol (over obd).
I tuned correct ( duration SOI calculated) and light is off.

So problem is bad tuning..

As Sdtsedat told before. It was bad tune problem. Now all works good

I know that reason is in SOI map, but what exactly I did wrong?

the problem isn't a bad tune work, if you change only a bit or erase a dtc, you find P0633, i think that is programmer problems, MagicMotorsport has this problem.
