Hello

I have problem with this radio,i have on screen "Locked 13".

I try to with Martech read and i read it but eeprom file is all 00 and also i get "Code: 0000, Code Blocked"

I contact martech support and they told me that eeprom is protected and can t read it and they don t have solution for this situation.

Anyone can confirm this or advice what i can try more ?

No eeprom inside. Data is in processor. Easy solution is to connect Ford unlock tool through oval hole in bottom cover and unlock. Same tool for 4500, 6000 & 6006 models.
