Opel Vectra Z22SE - Car sometiems won't start - DTC's

I have a Opel Vectra Z22SE. The problem is that the car don't want to start sometimes. The starter does not work. I need to pull out and put on key few times and then it starts. Here are the DTC's that I found:

-P0601
-B3715
-B2810
-U2117
-U2113
-U2146

On ignition on dashboard I can see this:

How to start repairing this ?

Vectra C is notorious for its CAN-BUS issues.
Check and re-solder all connectors on te CIM PCB, check Variant Coding and High, Mid and Low CAN-BUS settings.
Also check the ABS connector for corrosion
You will need OP-COM or Tech 2.

I think KIK is right, most likely the CIM MODULE has some problem in some connection or has an internal failure.
