Not really sure if this is image related or not but I've been playing around with my DM800c and can't find any way of enabling timeshift to record for x amount of minutes when you change channel.

The DM600 works in much the same way as Sky+ does, in that as soon as you change channel it begins to record regardless of whether you ask it to or not. That way if you want to rewind something you can. The option is enabled and configured via the setup menu.

I can't find a similar setting with the DM800c. Is this down to the image or the box? Am I just not looking in the right place?

Image is Gemini-4.5-BL72

Thanks

Unsure what you mean. Help button just tells me what the main functions of the control are? I don't need to know how to work the control, I was just wondering if there was a timeshift pre-record feature like there is in the DM600. This wasn't something you pressed a button to do, it was a setting you adjusted to suit. I had it set to start recording 10 seconds after a channel change and to record up to a 30 min buffer at any one time.

I haven't managed to find it on the image I am currently running. It was very clear in the DM600 which is telling me it isn't available either in this image, or with the DM800.

Thanks
