DTC OFF in this ecu doesn't work mate, must do by wiring harness for what you want ;)

Oxygen sensor 1 bank 1 heating is defective.
Either a defective Oxygen sensor, or replaced with the wronf Oxygen sensor (wrong resistance for heater) or a wiring problem.
