Strange DTC on Fiat 500L

Hi all, i have a Fiat 500L with MJ8F3HW10L and dtc P154122, car works fine but when is very cold appears error, in rest of day no problem, i tested everything and i cant found problem so, i prefer remove this DTC but its too large to remove and my soft cant do it.

Anyone can remove? thanks

usually tdc are one letter with four numbers.... (P 0000)

I am not sure about the suffix 22 - that could mean blocked or inplausible.

I would not ignore an erro about oil pressure.
Have you measured the oil pressure with an analog meter?

change oil pump and chain
