2015 ranger error on x100 pro

hi all

I did a search last week and read that the x100 pro from obdstar can do the 2015 ford ranger series 2
which was the big chip

so I got the car in and hooked up the x100 pro and it read the kms ok and I set the new kms and pressed enter
and kms didn't change and then it had this error

trying to search for this problem cause I think I read something about it last week

has anyone seen this before

2015 Ford Ranger with SPC5645S+93C86 ?

yes it had the big spc56 chip on the back
and another small chip with 42/c which i removed and read but all it gave me is all ffffffffffffff
i read this small chip as a 24c16

maybe it should be a 93c42 if there is such a hting which i doubt

so just wondering if i should buy a x100 pro but the xtool brand
