Vw crafter dump problem

i have problem with dashboard , i can't see KM only " ------ " . Problem is common.

I join the dump. Anyone can help me ? I think that dump is corrupted i have try more solution.

you have to marry dash with ezs.

i know i have try but there don't work , impossible to do . i have message error. that's why i think dump is not good.

if everything is working ok and only see dashed in display
then i still think you have to marry dash to ezs.
if dump is corrupt you will have some function that is not working.

but i have try it with mercedes xentry connect original and i have error message, impossible to marry it. :'(

Hello again , i have try with FVDI and it's work but problème now is when i do ignition off and On again he lost sync . It's like first time ....
